Return Policy

At Westlyn Row Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we gladly accept eligible returns for store credit only under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Returns are accepted for apparel items only.
• All approved returns will receive store credit only.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Hats
• Jewelry
• Accessories
• Sale items

Return Conditions

Items must be returned:

• Unworn
• In original condition
• With all original tags attached
• Free of smoke odor
• Free of pet hair
• Free of deodorant marks
• Free of makeup stains
• Free of any other signs of wear or damage

Any items returned that do not meet these requirements will be denied and sent back to the customer.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Westlyn Row Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
